If you have not used your OpusChat app for 6 months consecutively, your account will be suspended. This is done for security and privacy reasons.

To reactivate your account, open your OpusChat app and sign into your account (if it's not already done so). You should be presented with an option to reactivate your account. Tap it and your account will be reactivated.

Please note that suspended accounts will not be able to send nor receive messages. Also, suspended accounts will be deleted if not reactivated after 6 months.
