What is “Auto Accept Friend Requests”?

OpusChat offers a hassle-free way to make friends. You can enable Auto Accept Friend Requests at the persona level. When a OpusChat user adds you via the following ways, OpusChat will automatically accept the friend request for you.

  • OpusChat ID - you share your OpusChat ID to the others
  • QR codes - you share your own QR code as image or link
  • Shared Contacts - you being shared by other users to someone you are not friend with
  • Invite links - you share your invite link to the others

You can enable Auto Accept Friend Requests for specifc requester classifications:
  • Everyone: auto-accept friend requests from everyone
  • Group member: auto-accept friend requests only from the users who share a group with you.
  • No one: disable auto-accept friend requests
