To add Apple(iOS only)/ Facebook/ Google account:
Go to Setting (iOS/ Android) > Tap Account Management > Account Recovery Methods > Select Sign in with Apple/ Facebook/ Google. You will be directed to a page showing what kind of information will be obtained by OpusChat. Please read carefully before you tap the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.
You will then be directed to the corresponding login page. Your account recovery method will be added accordingly after you login successfully.


To add email:
Go to Setting (iOS/ Android) > Tap Account Management > Account Recovery Methods > Sign in with email. You will be directed to a page showing what kind of information will be obtained by OpusChat . Please read carefully before you tap the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.
After tapping “Continue”, enter a correct email address you wish to use (please make sure you can login to this email), then tap Done.
You will be asked for an authorisation code. The authorisation code will be sent to the email address you provided, please enter the code received. If the code you entered is correct, your email address will be added successfully.
Note: Please also check your junk/ spam folder if you do not see the email.


To add phone number:
Go to Setting (iOS/ Android) > Tap Account Management > Account Recovery Methods > Sign in with phone number. You will be directed to a page showing what kind of information will be obtained by OpusChat . Please read carefully before you tap the “Continue” button at the bottom of the page.
After tapping “Continue”, enter a correct phone number you wish to use (please make sure you can receive SMS for that phone number), then tap Done.
You will be asked for an authorisation code. The authorisation code will be sent by SMS to the phone number you provided, please enter the code received. If the code you entered is correct, your phone number will be added.
