If I have already registered the phone number with a particular persona, can I use the phone number for another persona?

Yes, you can reassign the phone number for another persona.

On the Dashboard page, go to the Persona you wish to use the phone number.
Tap > “Phone Number” under Auto-add Friends section > “Reassign”.
Any newly matched friends will be added automatically to this persona.
