Clearing chat history allows you to clear all messages inside a chat. You can still find that chat on the chat list screen.

For iOS devices
Tap and hold on a chat > “Clear Chat History” > Tap again “Clear Chat Histories”

For Android devices
Tap and hold on a chat > Tap more icon > “Clear”

*One-to-one chat and group chat can be selected together
