Please follow the steps below to check whether push notification is enabled for both your device and OpusChat.

To check the system settings of your device

For iPhone (iOS devices):
Go to Settings > Notifications > OpusChat
Make sure “Allow Notifications” and “Badges” are turned ON and all options of “Alerts” are selected.



For Android devices:
Go to System Settings > Notifications > OpusChat, make sure all sections are turned ON.

To check the Notifications settings inside OpusChat app

1) Check the persona’s settings
Go to Dashboard, push notification is ON if you see this icon (iOS devices) / (Android devices).

For iPhone (iOS devices):

If you see this icon , you have muted your persona which means push notifications is turned OFF.
To turn on push notifications, tap the icon > “Mute Off”.

For iPhone (iOS devices):

2) Check the chats’ settings
If you see this icon, you have muted that particular chat which means push notification is turned OFF.
To turn on push notifications, tap the icon > “Mute Off”.
